My Personal URL Protest

———————————
Many 'nobodies' like me have been offered our own custom G+ URL…
… but what about +Karin Nelson +Sandra Parlow & +Tamara Pruessner ? Ignored, left out in the cold, second-class G+ citizens!!!!
So… until they are allowed to join the ranks of the rest of us who have managed to get our fancy shmancy URL, like http://google.com/+DaveBell , I have changed my cover photo to my G+ User ID.
Please use this ID number when referring to me in a post (or casual conversation)… remember.. mine is the one that ends with a 2

+Vic Gundotra are you listening?
(Ok.. I know a roll-out may take a few days 😉

  1. This could be the beginning of a really interesting trend here on G+.  Wouldn't you agree #107494834634231938072, #114764567692252908296, and #1058452612110914905032?

    Yeah…… lol

  2. On a somewhat related note… that's one thing I like about mentioning someone in FB that I wish I could do here… start +Mentioning them, select the appropriate person, then backspace over the last name.
Paragraphs read so much more smoothly if you don't have the full names of every person mentioned… while still retaining the click-link on their first name.
