Are you sure you didn't catch one? There is a reddish streak on the left side of the pic in the sky? I don't know, kinda looks like a meteor?
Nevermind, I just blew it up, its the glare from the powerlines or something. Sorry!! 🙂 It is a gorgeous picture, my cam never pics the stars up like that!

Glad you like the pic. If you care, it's 17mm f/4 1600 ISO, 30 seconds, transferred directly to my phone via WiFi.
I'll play with them in Photoshop tomorrow to see what I can coax out.

I also just saw one meteor. Too bad, was hoping this meteor shower would turn out to be great. Oh well, Perseids are coming up! =)
The only flashes in the sky last night were lightning bolts from the group of storms that came through. Heavy rain, most of the night. Overcast and more rain today.
