How About Some Lunch?

My consolation for not being able to hang out with +Laurie Rubin, +Karen Hutton, & +Joe Dolister exploring all of the exotic animals in San Diego…was this little cutie who stopped by for lunch this afternoon. Evidently the mushrooms growing under our backyard redwood tree made for a tasty snack.
I was amazed that she hung around for quite a while…even staying when I cautiously opened my bedroom window to get a clearer view.

Waiting for a Clear Night
Day 5 of my #5dayblackandwhitechallenge thanks to +Robert Feiner
This is our Young Observatory, that sits way out in the back acreage of college property where I work… It's used for labs for astronomy class, and general viewing any Friday night weather conditions permit.
Since I can't seem to find anyone to nominate who hasn't already done this, I'll leave it at that!
