Elisa will tell us about BlogHer ( blogher.com ), the leading cross-media publishing network of women bloggers and social media leaders that connects millions of women. Elisa leads BlogHer's conference business that hosts multiple conferences for women including its flagship BlogHer conference that had over 6000 attendees last year. If you make a nice long post about an upcoming event, including +mentioning a bunch of people… and then realize you need to edit it…
…why do you have to re-type all of the +mentions to get the actual links to reconnect to the people embedded, rather than being converted to plain text?
  Anyone have a work-around?
