Such a lovely day for a walk out into the back woods of Howell Mountain, about 2000 ft above the Napa Valley.
When I first tried this shot, I discovered that I had brought my DSLR without a memory card! Oh well, Android phone to the rescue!

I'm fortunate to work at a small college with nearly 1,000 acres of undeveloped land that we're free to explore. It's full of miles of trails through the oak, manzanita, and madrone trees that make for a lovely afternoon stroll.
