Two weeks 'til Christmas! What better time for a DRAW?!!

The friendly folks at +Incase sent me a surprise gift with my latest shipment: A brand new Sonic Headset! Those headsets are now discontinued, but they have excellent reviews (http://goo.gl/cIOxLy), and you can still buy them at Amazon or Ebay where they run anywhere from $ 80 to $ 130). Since I don't need any headphones, I thought I would just love to give them away.

So, in order to participate, you have to do two things:

a) Fill out the form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1LVrBr9K2TO4YQ1RZ7_ZZ-mD5hb7CDCMZBReW7SYb9CU/viewform so I can register your entry. Make sure you get your email address right. Ok, I've never done a form like that. So don't give me grief if it doesn't work.

b) Share this post so more people can participate.
(Ok, I know this is really counterproductive because the more people enter, the slimmer the chances you'll actually win, but hey, remember Karma? And frankly, who has the time to check if you did both?)

I will leave the form open until Tuesday night 9 PM PST. At that point I will randomly select a winner, announce the winner's name and contact him or her via email. If that person doesn't reply within 24 hours, I will select a new winner. I will ship the headphones to anywhere in the world, and I'll pay for shipping. You may have to pay for customs if you're in a different country, but I'll mark the parcel as a gift (since it is), which may help.

Ok, and here is the small print: I will not sell or otherwise distribute your email address. After the draw, I'll delete the form. The draw will be completely random (via random.org), but NO notary will be present. I can't afford one. If you win, yay. If you won't win NO WHINING. NO COMPLAINING. NO PROTESTING. I won't give a damn. So don't even try.

So here it is. Good luck everyone!!

Earthquake, Tornado, or Hurricane??

——————————————————————–
Just had a minor earthquake here near our house.. only 3.8, but you could definitely feel a sideways thump followed by a couple of shakes…
… no.. nothing like the photo below (public domain from a Guatemala quake a while ago) . I don't think anything moved on any shelf….

Some people are terrified of them, but I've lived 44 years of my life in CA, felt quite a few, and I'll take that over the sustained "what if" fear involved with a hurricane any day…

You'll notice that all of the sunbathers and surfers have gone home… just too darn cold!

It's fun to mess with #autoawesome … thanks for the idea +Gerwin Sturm (your frozen crab pic worked out incredibly well!)
