It seems that (at least on my machine… a Macbook Air, Mountain Lion, Chrome v 22), that Chrome is desaturating my original images, while displaying them in Safari is softening them compared to the original.
  In the past few months, Chrome has added color management so it understands the colorspace correctly, but I don't understand what's happening with saturation.
  The first image in the album is the original uploaded one. The next two here are screen snapshots from Chrome & Safari, from Lightbox view.
 The last one is a screen capture with two Safari windows open, one in G+, one from the file uploaded from LR to Google Drive.
  What do you see with your particular operating system/browser?

Update Finally figured out that the big culprit here was that I was calibrating my monitor with a ColorMunki Photo set to generate ICC v4 profiles… and Chrome only understands v2.

+Colby Brown I'm still confused about the Chrome color management issue.
I've got the latest version, Version 24.0.1290.1 dev on OS X Mountain Lion on Macbook Air profiled with ColorMunki Photo.
  This pic was edited in Lightroom 4, exported to sRGB and uploaded.
In Safari, it looks just like my Lightroom version… in Chrome, it is clearly desaturated. 
  Any thoughts?

+Daniel Treadwell Can I just say that your G+ plugin for WordPress  rocks!
I tried the free version and it worked perfectly… so I did the PayPal thing.
I totally support endeavors like this.
  I'm just getting started putting together a gallery site to pull together G+ postings as well as try to do some SmugMug integration.
…BTW, you can thank +Tamara Pruessner for mentioning it on the {sob} last installment of the +LIFE Through The Lens show last Tuesday.

We've launched a brand new LIL Galleries show!!
Its name is Reborn.. and features the work of +Annette Biggers! 
I am SO excited about this one!

You may have watched our final episode of +LIFE Through The Lens last night (http://goo.gl/uLtmU)... and met the enchanting Annette. During the show, I mentioned that she was the newest addition to the LIL Galleries family (www.lilgalleries.com). Well, for the first time, here it is!

It's the story of an epic journey of the fight for light and love. In one sense it's iconic, but here it's deeply personal to Annette; and to me as well. As if that wasn't enough, I was fortunate to find a wonderful piece of music called: “El Anciano” by Ignacio Núñez (http://goo.gl/FG6mC) too!
