Ok, I must be out of my mind for posting this…
(yeah, that's me in the middle… what's up with that blond hair?)

I thought this #blastfromthepast  would fit nicely as we zoom into the Christmas season. 
…about 1967, I think…me with my two older brothers… great guys with great families. Happy Thanksgiving all!

So… we had this awesome hangout last night, with +Karen Hutton +Ron Clifford +Jason Joseph +Sandra Parlow and +Tamara Pruessner where Karen played around with a set of my RAW images, showing great (and fun) processing tips, followed by great conversation about G+, photography, balance, inspiration…
  If you watch the replay (link below), you'll know why there's a Zombie Cow in the pic (thanks, +elizabeth hahn!).

A late entry for #treetuesday , but I thought I'd offer up my last of our front yard Red Maple for the year… the rain today pretty much dropped the rest of the leaves into a layer of mush on the grass.
…I'll see you again next spring, old friend…

I've always loved our front-yard Red Maple, that waits until late fall to transform her dull brown summer leaves into a fiery show for a few short days until rains and wind leave her bare…

Before I Knew Him

This is 1960, 3 years before I entered the world.
Mom holding my big brother shortly after she & dad adopted him. 
He's been a school teacher for many years, taught me how to snow ski and wake board when we were younger… and it's still fun when we get the family together (sadly, we lost mom in 2005).
