Jeff lives and works in Minneapolis, Minnesota where Adobe has a small engineering outpost in the Twin Cities with the majority of folks working on Lightroom, Photoshop, Revel and Premiere Pro. His Main role is to focus on customer advocacy and customer engagement. "I spend about half my time engaged directly with our customers in person or through social media. You may have exchanged comments with me on Twitter, Facebook for Photoshop or Lightroom, our Community Forums for Photoshop or Lightroom, or our Feedback site.  I also work closely with all our digital imaging product development teams to add the features and tweaks I hear our customers ask for. I really enjoy working and talking with photographers and designers – and being a bridge to the engineers who pour their hearts and expertise in digital imaging science into our products. It's really quite simple… On the run to meet with some friends up Las Vegas Blvd during Photoshop World. Stopped to try an HDR of the mini-Eiffel Tower… after first 3 exposures went, some cars were getting in the way, and it wasn't likely to get better soon… so I grabbed the tripod while it was still auto-bracketing… and this 10-second f/16 exposure showed up.
  It's completely random…completely accidental…but I like it, and did a bit more playing with it in LR and Nik until I liked it more!
  Sometimes interesting things happen all on their own. Just be on the lookout, and smile and be thankful when it happens. 
  Why Spider Jump?  It's just what popped into my head looking at the neon spidery thingy in the upper right corner… 😀
